Why Take a Break?

It has been shown by many studies that having regular breaks while studying or any academic work has a significant effect on the quality of the work. This is because the mind requires rest to stay alert and productive. MIT suggest that a student should revise for about 50 minutes before taking a short break (read more here).

Get Some Fresh Air
